Role of Institution in the Network
Turin has a great reputation in Italian literature and history. Most relevantly to our Network, Prof. Enzo Baldini has launched the Hypermachiavellism project at Turin in 2007. His project has been extremely successful to date in organising conferences, putting out publications, running websites, and co-ordinating academic efforts around the world to discover and trace the varieties of Machiavellism. The role of the University in the Network will be to help fit our exploration of anti-Machiavellian Machiavellism into the wider context of other Machiavellisms, and to assist with dissemination, including publicity and the publication of the two conference volumes.
